Taylor Swift is scheduled to perform \u201cBetty\u201d from her new album, \u201cFolklore,\u201d at the Academy of Country Music Awards this Wednesday, which will mark her first time performing on a country awards show in seven years, according to Variety<\/a>. She will be singing from the Grand Ole Opry House, which, along with Nashville\u2019s Ryman Auditorium and the Bluebird Cafe, will host this year\u2019s awards show.<\/p>\n

\u201cBout to show up at your party @acmawards,\u201d Swift announced on her Instagram Story.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Swift told fans on all of her social media accounts at the same time a promotional spot advertising the ACMs aired on CBS during Sunday\u2019s NFL broadcast. Swift is a two-time winner of ACM’s Entertainer of the Year Award, according to Billboard<\/a>. She has won nine ACM Awards overall. Swift released ‘folklore’ on July 24 one day after announcing her new album. That album has topped the Billboard 200 for six weeks and counting.<\/p>\n

The last time Swift performed at the ACMs was in 2013 as a guest star on Tim McGraw\u2019s rendition of the hit \u201cHighway Don\u2019t Care\u201d alongside Keith Urban, as well as a performance of “Red” with Vince Gill and Alison Krauss.
