It was a big night for women at last night\u2019s Grammy Awards, according to The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>. Taylor Swift became the first woman to win the album of the year trophy three times, this year for the critically acclaimed album folklore<\/em>. Beyonc\u00e9 also made broke records, winning her 28th Grammy and becoming the most awarded woman in Grammy history.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs an artist I believe it\u2019s my job, and all of our jobs, to reflect time and it\u2019s been such a difficult time,\u201d Beyonc\u00e9 said<\/a> as she accepted her award for “Black Parade,” the Best R&B performance winner that was released on Juneteenth last year.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Beyonc\u00e9 was nominated for nine Grammys, the most of the night, which already had made history as the most nominated female artist of all time with a total of 79.<\/p>\n

Additionally, her daughter, Blue Ivy, was announced as a winner during the Grammy pre-show, when she, along with Beyonc\u00e9, received the award for best music video for the song, “Brown Skin Girl.\u201d<\/p>\n

It was also a great night for Billie Eilish who won record of the year for \u201cEverything I Wanted.\u201d H.E.R. won the Grammy for song of the year for \u201cI Can\u2019t Breathe\u201d a track written in honor of George Floyd.<\/p>\n

Rapper Megan Thee Stallion won Grammys for best rap song and best rap performance for “Savage,” which she shared with Beyonc\u00e9.
