The collection, Fit to Fit, includes two sneakers designed specifically for people with disabilities to take on and off with ease.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reebok.com\/us\/nanoflex-parafit-tr-shoes\/GX4070.html?cm_mmc=RbkSEM_connexity_ecom-_-B-all-products-_-All-Products-_-image-_-dv%3AeCom-_-cn%3Aconnexity-16534926589513114609410090302008005-_-%7Bifdbm%3A%24%7BCAMPAIGN_ID%7D%7D-_-&amp;dclid=CJ3UoJX8-vcCFTQNaAgd4CEFmQ&amp;source=connexity\">Nanoflex Parafit TR<\/a>, which Zappos debuted in the rollout of its partnership with the Special Olympics USA Games, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reebok.com\/us\/reebok-club-memt-parafit-men-s-shoes\/GX9153.html?SSAID=314743&amp;cm_mmc=Rbkaffiliates_SAS-_-314743-_-None-_-banner-_-dv%3AeCom-_-cn%3A450685-_-pc%3ANone&amp;cm_mmc1=US&amp;cm_mmc2=reebok-NA-eCom-Affiliates-314743-None-None-US-450685-None&amp;dclid=CNb72pT8-vcCFQIBaAgdZe8N2A&amp;sscid=51k6_s0d7l\">Club MEMT Parafit<\/a> were created in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zappos.com\/e\/adaptive\/special-olympics\">Zappos Adaptive<\/a>, a division of the company centered around accessible clothing, shoes, and accessories.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We are honored to partner with the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games as well as collaborate with our brands on products and designs to better fit each athlete&#8217;s needs,&#8221; said Dana Zumbo, Business Development Manager at Zappos Adaptive. &#8220;Our mission at Zappos Adaptive is to provide functional and fashionable products to make life easier for all, and we can&#8217;t wait to bring this to life in an in-person activation at the USA Games.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\">Priced at $90, the Nanoflex Parafit features a pull tab at the heel and an upper side zipper. The Club MEMT Parafit, which retails for $65, also includes a side zipper and comes in an extra wide 4E fit. Both models are low-cut for enhanced ankle mobility and have laces for initial fit adjustments, rubber outsoles to improve traction, and removable padded sock liners to accommodate orthotics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fit to Fit is not the first accessible footwear line to emerge in the last few years. In 2021, Nike launched its hands-free collection of Go FlyEase sneakers designed with a bistable hinge to slip on and off without the use of zippers or laces. The shoes were released as a limited edition, however, and much of the inventory was purchased and marked up by online resellers before people with disabilities were able to order them, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theverge.com\/2022\/5\/23\/23137792\/reebok-zappos-fit-to-fit-adaptive-sneakers\">The Verge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It remains to be seen how Reebok and Zappos will handle demand issues if Fit to Fit&#8217;s popularity takes off.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reebok is teaming up with Zappos to launch a new footwear line focused on accessibility.
